How did you get started in the Wrestling Business?
I went to a live event at Skydome here in Toronto and on my way out, I was
handed a flyer that said 'for tickets or training call'.  I called.  I
trained.  I loved every minute of it.

What was the hardest part of your training?
The hardest thing for me starting out was keeping my breath.  Wrestling
takes a lot out of you and if you don't eat right and keep your cardio in
shape, being in the ring can be hell.

Growing up who were your favourite wrestlers?
My favourite growing up was Mr. Perfect Curt Hennig.  He was a great sell
and always put everything he had into getting not only himself over, but his
opponents as well.

Who do you look up to the most in Wrestling?
This answer will sound cheesy, but I have to say The Rock, because he brings
to our business the most important thing: entertainment.  You can be a good
entertainer without being the best wrestler, but you can't be a professional
wrestler without being entertaining.

who has been your toughest opponent ?
My most toughest opponent has been The Tyrant Eric Dawson for quite some
time.  He has truly made my life difficult both in and out of the ring.  I
know I have not seen the last of him in my career.

What is your opinion of the current independent scene in Canada?
It could be better.  Promoters don't want to do what the title says.  If
more people knew about the shows, more people would come, plain and simple.
And workers always turn up the heat when there is a strong crowd to work in
front of.

What are the goals you wish to complete in wrestling?
I want to make decent money and I want the whole wrestling world to know who
I am.  I love the fans, so naturally I want to have as many of them as I
can.

Who do you feel is the best Indy wrestler in Canada?
I would have to say Showtime Eric Young.  He is an excellent all around
performer and I have long said that if I could be any indy worker, it would
be Showtime.

Wrestlers are often asked is wrestling "fake"? how would you respond to
this question?

I don't like the word 'fake'.  That implies that what we do is not real and
it is very real.  I do not put my health on the line night after night over
something that is 'fake'.  We all know that wrestling is not a competition
between two grapplers.  What wrestling is, though, is a challenge of a
wrestler's personal strengths.  Endurance, charisma, creativity, the ability
to get up after that shot that hurt a lot more than you expected it to -
these things and a whole lot more are necessary for any pro wrestler to keep
doing what we do.

Your feeling on how the internet has effected wrestling?
I like the fact that fans can find out 'inside' news about the wrestling
world.  Honestly, I believe fans' interest in our sport relies, in part, on
their thinking they know the real story behind what's going on.  Everyone
wants to feel like part of the club.  There is nothing else in sports and
entertainment that combines reality and fantasy so closely that even those
involved have a hard time keeping them separate.  The internet allows the
rumour mill to keep churning out stories that are always interesting,
whether or not they are true.

Who is one promotion/ promoter you just would not work for?
Doug Felton.  He has screwed a lot of people in this business and he
deserves to be pushed right out of wrestling.
What do you feel is your career highlight?
So far, it was when Real Action Wrestling flew me out to the east coast a
few times to work in front of those insane maritime crowds.  Those people
love their wrestling.  It was my first time being flown anywhere to wrestle
and it is still my favourite experience to date.

Your opinion on the WWE TV show Tough Enough

It's good.  People have to realize the work that goes on behind the scenes.
It is not play fighting.  It is hard work.  Those kids on Tough Enough get
to feel first hand how much harder it is than it may look at first glance.
And the people at home get to learn through them

People pay to see you wrestle because......
I have charisma.  The energy that I bring to the ring is contageous and
people can't help but feel like being a part of it.  I love the fans and
during my little part of the show, I give them the experience they came to
see.

Who do you feel is the most successful wrestler to come from the Maritimes?

A very good question.  I can't answer that right now, but I will keep an eye
out for ya.
